Hello Everyone, hope everyone is doing well!! I just got an email today that we have taken an action on your case.. I rite away logged into my online USCIS account it says that I-130 is actively reviewing but there was no approval notice on my document tab and also there was no changes on my I-485.. any idea what will be the next step and how long will it take from here.

@Mr Singh congrats on the 130! no idea for the 485… some people are right away and sometimes it takes a little bit. hopefully soon!!!

hey @Mr Singh !! I finally got a notice of action on my 130 but no email for my 485… did you end up getting an email the next day for your 485 or did the approval show up in your documents tab?

i got the update next day for i-485, check under the documents of i-130, you will see the approval letter there

@Mr Singh thanks. I don’t have my husbands online account set up so can’t check. my progress went from 12 to 13 months on the 130 this morning. USCIS is ridiculous lol. impatiently waiting for another email/text 😭🤞🏼

my progress has nothing to do with it. My wife I-130 got the approval letter in the tabs and on my account is was still showing 8-9 months. So If your husband doesn’t have the online account, all you can do is wait for the I-130 approval letter at your address and believe me your I-485 will approve in a day or so..
