do not hire anyone for this it is simplest thing to do maybe in your life now just go youtube watch 3 4 ead renewal videos and do it that it just one thing add your last ead barcode the one come with the card it will make process shorter

can C31 be renewed?

if you have the old copy of your I-765 application form use it to answer the new form, sign and date do not change anything well besides the date and/or your address everything else should stay the same make sure to make copies and get a copy of the envelope as well with the tracking number. you don’t need a lawyer for EAD renewals … all the best!!

@Sandy will Migrate no, but if you have an approved I-360 you should have already applied your I-485 you can use that to renew the expired c-31 only difference is instead of it being C-31 it will be C-9 based pending on AOS

@Mrkvica M. I know right, and it’s so unfair. After the initial fees agreed on, I don’t think they should charge any more fees.

@F A oh, trust me. If i tell you how many mistakes my lawyer's paralegals made and I had to pay for all that and charging for every little thing. it's crazy!
