@mike Omar you’ll have to find a joint sponsor, someone else who is a permanent resident or citizen who make 125% above poverty level to do that for you . I didn’t handle that myself my lawyer did

because we filed together last year. is that enough? because her mom will provide us with a bank statement, w2form , pay stub and letter from her job as well
