Hi All! I have a question about my I-765.
previously I filed I-765 under pending asylum and removal proceedings category C8 but I got married with a USCIS and I filed the I-485 AOS. I start filing the form I-765 under the category C9 and there are 3 checkboxes that I need to check only one.
1) Initial permission
2) Replacement
3) Renewal
What should I check? 1 or 2 or 3?

i 485 Adjustment of Status interview
my lawyer made mistake whe filing my i 485 and he put the wrong answer on have you ever worked in the us without autorozation i actually did but he select no i didn’t and i asked him what should we do he said lets go to the interview and when the officer goes through it we tell him that we made a mistake any suggestions ?

Could someone in New York please give me an update? I submitted my I-485 medicals in April but haven't received any feedback. I haven't been called for an interview yet, but I'm curious because others I know who submitted their medicals and had interviews after me in New Jersey have already received approvals. I'm wondering if New York might be processing applications more slowly.🙏
Discrepancy between reality and uscis apps and account. Psychological torture. Shameful!!!
My I-131 was approved on 2nd July following my visit to my local uscis office in Georgia (with an appointment of course!). However, I note that even 8 days later, my uscis account and apps (including lawfully) do not reflect this.
In this technological age, I’m very surprised that the NBC and the local uscis offices do not interface nor share information on beneficiaries’ case updates.
This could also mean that when I get back from my trip outside the US, the immigration officer at the port of entry may not necessarily have in his computer system that my I-131 was approved at my local uscis office unless I show him the piece of paper (AP).
For me, it looks like a psychological mind game to keep beneficiaries in a state of fear and anxiety for as long as possible before a decision is made by uscis. Although I understand the uscis current backlog issues, I’m really skeptical about this way of doing things…
Please let me know your thoughts on this!

waiting for the NVC to process payment sucks!! I have everything ready to send straight away but just waiting on it to change to paid!! The money has come out our bank it's gone so nvc hurry up!! I applied for a police certificate at same time and have got that back! a physical copy through the post! before they have processed a electronic payment!! this is driving me insane!!
