i130 and i485 concurrently filing time
It shows actual progress for i485 as being at 'attend interview as needed', after biometrics received. it says 4 weeks before decision on i485. i130 saying 'it's taking longer than expected ' for ever now. Please share your experience.

timeline until decision on i485 (step 3 of 4)
hello everyone,
currently i am in step 3 of 4 for my i485.
when i checked today there is new information that it will be estimate of 4 weeks until the step completion, which is attend interview if required.
i checked with agent via emma and the agent told me that my interview was waived since may of last year.
i am assuming my case will go to step 4 of 4 in about a month.
what is typical timeline of completion for step 4 of 4?

hello everyone, please I have a question! initially, living in texas before getting married to my ex in Newyork, so when he started the abuse I filled a vawa case in Newyork got my work permit. I got a school admission in texas, so apparently I now school and work part time in Texas. I don’t want to move my case from New York to Texas since I just school and work part time here and I still go to New York once in a while….. please has anyone gone through a similar situation? please I need advice
i864 forms
hey everyone, me and my wife were looking over the i864 forms and we know we are going to need a joint sponsor etc as my wife doesn’t earn enough, I was wondering if she can use a family member who she lives with as a joint sponsor? we also noticed that she will require the last 3 years in tax returns however she’s only been working for a little over a year now, will this matter? if anyone can give me a quick run down on what’s needed that will be awesome, the family member she can use makes enough but we aren’t sure if because she’s living with that person they can be used as a sponsor. our i130 isn’t approved yet but I guess we are just getting ourselves prepped for the next part so we can file everything as quick as possible :) thank you everyone, this app is great for support #i130

Expedite /processing Time
good day family.. I hope you’re all are doing well? aside from uscis games ?
please it being 455 days after filing .. which is 14.6 months…the processing time is 14.5 months.. my period date is 20th March 2023..I want to expedite my case but they keep on telling me it’s within processing time ?
whiles I see some that their month is September,August and co that their expedite request went through..how did you do it can you please help me .. or they just don’t want to expedite my case for me ?
o told them it’s out of processing time the last action received is case is actively reviewed since last year 2023 .. is there a way to put it ?

seeking advice: I am trying to prepare documents for AOS, EAD and AP proactively. I 693 doesn’t have expiration anymore
since I 693 doesn’t have expiration anymore, can I proactively do vaccinations, medical checks etc? my PD may become current by end of 2024.
is there any risk in just downloading the i693 form and start working on it while I wait?
me primary and my wife (derivative) will be submitting together, I assume it will be two different filled forms for i485, i765 and i131 for each of us?
