I-290B motion dismissed/ Need to reapply
my motion to reopen/reconsider my NIW was dismissed last week. I’m yet to receive the mail. I called USCIS and the agent said what it means is just file a new application. I just need some helpful thoughts with refilling.
Can I use the previous templates and petition with the new information that was rejected from my RFE?
Do I need to get new letters of recommendation etc?
I’ve not been able to reach my attorney as he’s not picking calls or responding to my emails. His office is not reachable as well.

Hi all! I’m writing to ask about an estimated timeline for when i can expect to receive an interview, decision and have my green card in hand.
my i140 was approved around 2 years ago, my PD is 07/25/2022, i filed a DS-260 on Jun 20, 2023 and was DQed Jul 14, 2023 and my case became current in March of this year, my appointed embassy is Ankara Turkey and i have yet to hear back from the NVC regarding an interview date.
I was wondering how much longer i have to wait? I’ve heard the usual wait time is around 1-1.5 years since DQ to get an interview but that still leaves a lot up for guessing so i wanted to ask you guys. Also, after the interview, how long do i have to wait to have my green card in hand? thanks!

i485 second review

no rfe no interview
3 days ago I got 2nd active review of i485 but nothing after and nothing in document tab
usually people get 2nd active review of i130 and then get approved the day after
anyone with the same experience getting 2nd active review of i485 with nothing on i130
as per info pass person my interview was wavied last month and case was transferred from local office to NBC
i have to change my address in 2 weeks to different state and i am afraid that will cause more delays
any feedback will be appreciated
