So I talked with live agent again today
He says my i485 interview have been waived, and is reviewing everything before making a decision on the case. But then when I search from the net, people said they always said that but it is not the truth.
The agent helped to expedite my case to a tier 2 officer, and I’m now waiting for a call from tier 2 officer. Anyone experience this? I understand this call only takes a few minutes and I want to know what I must ask and say about my case in order to get more updates, or speed up the process.
My PD is May 2015, and it has passed May 2024 visa bulletin form A queue.

stressed out
I am so stressed and heartbroken. My brother who took over my case as a affidavit of support since our mom died is refusing to respond back to me. I have been trying to contact him for months to get him to send his 2023 taxes which was asked by the lawyer so she can submit it to NVC. I am afraid that he no longer wants to assist me…. what can I do?? #NVC

Took a little over 200 days but it’s finally over.

My wife had an approved EB2 NIW (PD Feb 2023, ~6 days with PP) but since it wasn’t current forever, my employer sponsored me for the EB1.
Preparation of the I-140 took less than two weeks as I could pretty much just re-use my O1 evidence.
Similar timeline for preparing the I-485/131/765… and then nothingggg for months.
I am aware that 7ish months are not insanely long, but it was frustrating, especially when friends and colleagues of ours got approved way earlier despite applying after us.

Didn’t receive i360 RFE from mail (as a Widow)
hello guys,
On 6/19 I received an update saying that USCIS sent a request for initial evidence for my Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant. Since my attorney filed the case for me, therefore it was supposed to send to his office, and I don’t have access to online account to see the online document. however until now 7/10 we still haven’t received the RFE.
my attorney asked me to file a e-request online, and which I did. but I’m worried that I won’t be able to receive the document winthin the valid date of RFE, especially I didn’t file it by myself.
*** I only have the case number which I have already added to my UScis account, but I don’t have the online access code.
-What if USCIS reject my e-request?
-Does any one of you encountered this issue before?
-Or is there anyone to see the document online?
-Do you know what the initial evidence USCIS might ask for?

hi everyone need your help I got my work permit first after that I got my social security card which says " VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION "a month back i got my green card should I go to social security office for new social security card without this condition or I can use same social security card with DHS condition any one share experience

I have received this notice in my email today.
I assume this is them accepting my expedite request.
“We received your documents in support of your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly”
my questions are,
1) is this actually a notice of acceptance to expedite.
2) IF it is accepted, how long can expect to wait for a approval notice/card being produced.
