Is this expedite accepted?
hi everyone,
a further update from my previous post.
I have received this notice in my email today.
I assume this is them accepting my expedite request.
“We received your documents in support of your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly”
my questions are,
1) is this actually a notice of acceptance to expedite.
2) IF it is accepted, how long can expect to wait for a approval notice/card being produced.

no it’s just a notice that they have received your documents in support of your request to expedite and that they are “currently reviewing it”.

@Barry J what number did you call? and how did you speak to a live agent?

@nas a you can either do so on the website through Emma, or call the numbers they have on the contact us pages, when calling it’s a long time to get through to an agent and is much quicker on the Emma chat function.

update: Today “new card ordered” has been put on my account meaning approval.
