how long does it take for USCIS to update case status? I received a RFE 04/24/2024, my lawyer sent all documents through mail 5/15/2024 I have until 5/28/2024 to respond to RFE but haven’t received any update from USCIS saying they have received documents.

TRAVEL WITH 485 and 130 pending.
hi everyone, I have my 131 and 765 approved with combo card advance parole.
my 485 is pending, uscis received my RFE response 260 days ago; 130 pending too.
is that really risky traveling back to my country with my American wife and our 18 months son? what’s the sense of the advance parole if they can deny it? I’m so confused
AP expedite request criteria
Hey all,
I have two reason for which I think will be valid for AP expedition.
1. To go see my aging grandma in home country ( I do not have a doctors report.
2. to visit my only sister who I haven’t seen in about 8 years. (proof, her intentional passport name).
is any of these reasons worth it?
what should I do differently?
what do you guys suggest as I need to really go visit my country.

Expedite I-765 as I have a job offer, and large medical bills?
Hi,
is it possible to expedite the EAD for the reasons stated above?
I was diagnosed with cancer early in the year and needed a $60,000 surgical procedure. I have insurance through my wife but not all of it is covered.
Will USCIS allow the expedite request for them reasons?
AOS marriage based, RFE received by USCIS in march
biometrics reused for the EAD.
