Just Random Thought about Visa Bulletin 2024
Since there’s another no movement in the next visa bulletin, I think it’s kinda impossible to reach my PD at the end of April 2022 cause last year they stopped the movement of the visa bulletin around October so if my guessing is correct for this fiscal year is only September and October leave and if the visa bulletin still stuck so there’s no way to get the approval of form I-485 this year, is it true? or there’s still hope to get movement in visa bulletin after October?

Alguien sabe cuantos días toma USCIS para tomar tu respuesta de la solicitud de evidencia y actualizar el estado de tu caso?

field office send me this I864 W after sending medical and my lawyer said I have to sign it, we should do it a the beginning of the application, she said too that we are good too because we are ath field office and. we can get an interview

Update from my previous post, today I got the notification.
although not greened I am now authorized to work and can start building our home together!
