How long does it take to receive the work permit after being approved? And if the work permit already comes with the social security ready or do I have to go through the process of applying for it myself? I also want to know if the app notifies you when the permit is sent with a tracking number?
Anyone from Canada have interview date yet??
DQ’d by NVC on April 22nd and wondering if anyone around this time have received their interview date for Montreal? My lawyer advised me that from date of dq interviews are usually within the next 3 months! I know it’s the final step but the wait is killing me!!

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Guys, my case is 19 months old. My wife’s i130 application got approved 10 months ago. My last RFE was last July, 10 months ago. We had moved from one state to another, but did not change our address for our case since it was my aunt’s house. Since nothing is happening with my case, I have decided to just change my address to my new Texas address. Did I make a good move? Will this make a possible move on my case?
BDV Threats
BDV is threatning me as i have not moved to my employer for almost a year. My Case Specialist says employer can withdraw my case and new employer has to file for new I-140 and perm. His emails are intimidating. Those who have not moved to sponsor, do you get such constant emails from BDV, or is it just me? How do you guys deal with it?

485- Waiting One Month After interview
I’m still waiting to get approval one month after interview. The officer who interviewed me mentioned I should get decision the next time. What is keeping it?
