So I'm just curious, how is the processing times determined, by your paid date or the actively reviewing date ? Sitting around and waiting for things to happen makes you overthink.. and think.. and think.. 🤔🧐. lol

hello, I Submit Affidavit of Support and Financial Evidence, Submit IV Application, Submit Civil Documents. so how long NVC take to approve that and sent it to the embassy I had have waiting for a month 😔??? anyone have idea please

Hi, I just received the following response from USCIS and wanted to check with you if anyone have any clue or experienced this response: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate that these cases are under review with and Immigration Services Officer at this time. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the these cases will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on these cases once certain issues are resolved. Has anyone ever requested an expedite for VAWA? My father passed away in 2021, and my mother had to undergo a serious surgery. I have all the necessary documents. PD setember 21. Has anyone else done this before? Thank you.
