RENEW WORK PERMIT / ADVANCE PAROLE APPROVED
My AP renewal was approved after 9 months, but I haven't received it yet. How long does it usually take to arrive?
my work permit renewal was approved after 6 months and is valid for 5 years.
waiting for Vawa since oct 21. hope I have good news soon. 🙏🏼

Congratulations man! I believe you should receive it soon. I was in your shoes months ago. You'd never go wrong consulting an immigration attorney to clarify things for you though. I was approved a week ago and received approval notice yesterday, it seems card is not send yet

6 months ago they send you just ead and now after 3 months they approve advance parole? am i understand right?
because they approved my ead but not ap this time still pending i hope mine will approve too

@tired from waitingg my renewal card came on April with 5 years. It’s a combo card work permit with advanced parole

I got Work permit approved on the 9th of this month and AP approved on the 10 of this month…. I’m Jan 2022
I hope this is almost the end of the vawa process
will I be getting 2 years or 5?

@Tom Bom congratulations, I put in for renewal of AP in nov 2023 last year and it’s showing finger print taken.its been pending for 8m on this now. I just put in EAD renewal last week. do you think I’d get a combo card? Also, did you get an EAD extension of 540days with receipt notice?

I reiceived ead renewal in 4 months but has been now 6 months and no AP yet, please any exoerience on your Advance Paroles renewals?how long after ead if is not combo?
