some are waiting for months or even years after rfe

but some have already got GC in 2 months

each case is different

in my case it took around 8 months after rfe to get status update. even Emma had no idea about rfe/response.

it’s been little over 2 months for me after I485 RFE response (eb1c, row, NBC, I140 approved, RFE for birth certificate). lawyer said it’s normal, she just had a similar case take 4.5 months after RFE response)
