We have taken an action on your case/NOTHING HAPPENED
hi all,
AOS, married to s US citizen (8months since submitted) I got the EAD and AP approved last month so the only pending cases are the I130 and the I1485. This morning my husband and got the same email "We have taken an action on your case". we just came back home and checked the portal , but nothing has changed. Checked everywhere haha docs tab, inbox. Is this an error? we got all excited, he chatted with an agent and they said they don't see any changes in their screen. Anyone has experienced this situation? i mean we are not in a rush since I was approved for the combo card, but will be nice to be over with this. haha thanks 😊

check the petitioner’s USCIS account documents tab. my i130 approval was in my husband’s account

it could be approval coming soon or could be nothing. check again in the next few days. can also ask Emma if there was a reason for the email and sometimes they tell you. good luck @Josué Kauffman
