Hello. I am from India and have file AOS in EB2 India with PD Dec-2011. I filed concurrent application in Dec-2023 and 140 approved in a week followed by Biometrics in 3 weeks. since then been waiting. whenever I ask a live agent they say it’s within processing time. I’m unsure at this time what to do and how much more longer to wait. we got EAD in Feb-2024. it’s been 200+ days already since filing. At what point should I even try going the route of reaching congressmen etc? can I do anything to expedite?

My mom is currently a LPR and has been filing I130 for me since 2020. I am now an international student and I'm on my OPT.
I am planning on go back to my country because I got desperated waiting miserably, also I cannot see myself continuing study for another degree. My question is, if I moved back to my country to continue waiting, will the waiting time most likely be the same as I continue to stay and study?
Also online the address on file is the address of the petitioner, if I moved, do I have to notify Uscis?

No receipt notice received for I-765 & I-131
Hello guys, is it normal not to receive a receipt notice for longer than 60 days. My husband filed on April 1st 2024 by mail but no receipt notice was issued online or in mail. Already emailed lockbox support and made phone calls, no answers… should we file again? I know they received it because my husband had filed the two forms and sent them with his RFE which they have now.
regarding immigration medical exam for VAWa
does anyone knows how many Covid vaccines is required to have for immigr. medical exam ? Does 2 COVID vaccines are enough? or how to skip not to have more then 2 because people getting very often sick when they have more then 2 vaccines for COVID .
Seems like COVID vaccines are not OK , many people are complaining plus new moms their kids getting with bird defects
