normal, no, but it does happen and I’m so sorry you’re one of the unlucky ones. a friend on here just got hers around the year mark. I got mine on day 12. i think mine was automated due to being from Canada (automatic background check) and having multiple work visas previously but I can’t be sure. @adrian ram
