Dependent i765 approved, primary still pending.
hi
update- primary applicants EAD also got approved today (half a day after dependents).
after 6 months of filing, only dependents EAD card got approved, primary is still pending. no update on i131 or i485 for either of the applicants.
what to expect?
i765 and i131 were at NBC and i485s were transferred to non local FO on May 24th.

case been transferred to local field office i130
hello my case has been transferred from NVC TO local field office what that means but nothing showing on documents I called uscis they said your case is in queue for schedule for interview is there anybody has like this please share your info if anyone has same thank you
speeding ticket citation
I would be applying for citizenship next years under the 3 year rule, bacame a permanent resident on 2022, my question is, I had a speeding ticket on 2020 that I know I have to disclose on the n400 application I had to pay a fine of 280 dollars for the speeding so I was wondering what kind of document should I attach to my application for this matter? certified court docket showing the disposition and that I paid the ticket and the case is closed is enough? or should I also add the confirmation payment as well? I would appreciate your answers thank you so much.
How long it takes for I-485 approval

I hope you have a great week. how long does it usually take for I-485 to get approved after the approval of I-130, My husband got the approval for me this morning and I still didn’t receive anything on my account under documents, Also, does that mean they waived the interview?

Is it a mistake? approved while not current.
My AOS case just had a status change to “new card is being produced”
I was on CRP since February.
PD is Aug 2022 which is not current due to the retrogression.

Approved no interview!!
I just got approved today after 6 months , a Usics officer called me yesterday to tell me that my case has been approved. I didn’t even know they called for that .

I had an online chat with a live agent via Emma 30 days ago on June 11. Today, I received the below email. Did you guys receive a similar message after you made inquiries? I am wondering whether this is their routine of a 30-day-follow-up or it actually means someone starts to look at my case. Any thoughts are appreciated.
