So I talked with live agent again today
He says my i485 interview have been waived, and is reviewing everything before making a decision on the case. But then when I search from the net, people said they always said that but it is not the truth.
The agent helped to expedite my case to a tier 2 officer, and I’m now waiting for a call from tier 2 officer. Anyone experience this? I understand this call only takes a few minutes and I want to know what I must ask and say about my case in order to get more updates, or speed up the process.
My PD is May 2015, and it has passed May 2024 visa bulletin form A queue.

I believe when you talk through Emma, people lie to you all the time…. on the phone they’re more honest about your case. it’s like social media people tend to joke and be mean but talking live changes things… I don’t use Emma anymore cause they were not truthful

Tier 2 usually also don't help much, especially if there is something holding your case. To "speed up" the process, is sue as pro se. Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" and to get assistance.
