did you expedite ? when did you have your biometrics ? you just kept waiting ? I’m 03/14/2024 PD but no EAD as well

@Darleny Y. What was your NOID about? I got an NOID for ‘overstay’ and my lawyer just responded few days ago. Happy to see your i485 approved.

@dekar brown I didn’t expedite. Biometrics were done on March 7th. and yes, we just kept waiting. when we sent in our app, we didn’t send much evidence which is why I think our EAD was not approved and were sent the NOID for the green card.

@Kanye East it was bonafide marriage. When we applied, we unfortunately did not send much evidence apart from medical. we got the NOID on June 19th and they received our response on June 29th. By July 9th they were actively reviewing and approved the next day!
