October 2024
For PD in 2021, what is your prediction for EB3 Other worker (unskilled) category in October 2024, January 2025 and April 2025 and July 2025?
I give my positive guess is April 2021 for October 2024 and July 2021 for January 2025, and October 2021 for April 2025 and March 2022 for July 2025.
ChatGPT prediction is June 2021 - December 2021 for October 2024.

@SC JN if they focus on the majority of AOS cases, that would likely be able to happen
Th NgJul 11, 2024
@SC JN if 2022 people can be able to file their I-485 in 2025, I think big advancement would be possible, do you think 2022 people would be able to file their I-485. If they have to wait to FY 2026 which is 3 years being unable to file I-485

@SC JN Did it ever CRP before? or this is the first time it CRP?
Th NgJul 11, 2024
@SC JN CRP means your visa is regressed which they may grant you the Green card if you are current but have to wait
Th NgJul 11, 2024
@SC JN a new FY start with renewed the visa pool with more available visas, we had 2 bad October in the 2 previous years, hopefully it would turn out better this October 2024
Th NgJul 11, 2024
@SC JN yeah not fair for AOS to way much longer, people came after me out before me and I am still working
Th NgJul 11, 2024
@SC JN yeah the point is the intention to work for the sponsor. when they asked for your pay stubs at the interview to see if your intention is legitimate so they can grant you the Green card, don’t you think that means they already see your intention, so that they can grant you a Green card? I think we might not get to work exactly 6 months after GC but we should not just quit right after the Green card (even though many people tell me it’s ok to quit after Green card granted), might just work a few weeks after that
Th NgJul 11, 2024
@SC JN my lawyer said that, he told me should work a month after that but yeah should ask the lawyer again after the GC
Th NgJul 11, 2024
@SC JN Indian and Chinese applicant wait much longer than us, if they work for 10 years to get their GC and then quit their job right after that, does it consider a fault
Th NgJul 11, 2024
@SC JN yeah me too and probably no one can stand a manual labor job for so long, I probably don’t ever want to go to work after this job. Might consider an early retirement

@SC JN My pd is 10/21 and last year my case updated as:
Visa Bulletin Not Current Or Case Held In Abeyance
We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application.
I saw your post as CRP, with the same info inside…. So, what is the difference between mine update and CRP? also, i have not had interview yet, no rfe….
