I 130 online process time and processing location for Illinois
Dear,
my wife is applying for my i130 online from illinois location.
any idea how long it will take for approval and what is processing location will be?
she is GC holder and applied for her PR but she haven’t received her PR so she is stil on GC.

Hi I am a green card holder and I have already applied for my husband‘s paperwork he is an F1 and I applied for adjustment of status and work permit His case is ready to be scheduled for an interview however we haven’t received EAD card or a Interview letter but now I am also due for my citizenship since it’s already been five years in US for me I was wondering if I should apply for my citizenship is it going to delay my husband‘s process. please let me know thank you!
i131 and i765 question
hello guys
i have a question .i applied to get ead combined card travek and work but each form has different porcessing time
work permit it takes 7 months and travel document it takes only 5 months ,when I asked the USCIS they said if the forms filled together the card will be folllowing the processing time of Work permit (7 months)
im thinking to withdrawel the i 765 i need to travel ASAP,and exepdite got deneid
what s your advices and thoughts ? thanks

I submitted a few inquiries they got denied
I submitted another because of my pregnancy this year .
last year I had a terrible miscarriage
this year I’m pregnant and I live alone ☹️
they finally told me that I need a doctors letter saying
that I’m My pregnancy is high risk i need the support of my husband
I usually go see him every month
can’t travel with my condition
should I keep my hopes high ?

LPR to Citizen I-130 Derivative
My case is already in NVC and I already submitted all the documents just waiting to get DQ'ed. Problem is the oath taking for my citizenship is on October. My question is, is it better to delay the oath taking or just take the citizenship qnd upgrade my case in NVC but I'll take make another I-130 for my daughter since she is a derivative when I filed my case.
