NIW, anyone starting out? What is the process and timeline in 2021?
Hi,
I am interested in learning about the process of NIW in 2021. As anyone just started? I am planning to start working on it and was wondering if anyone can provide me with some pointers.
Can you do it yourself?
What are some of the Do's and Don'ts?

I used a lawyer. They have to prepare a strong case for you. Filed on 04/2020 got approved on 03/2021 Texas Service Center.

Thank you for your answer. I was thinking about it aswell. Kindly share your lawyer or practice. I am looking for someone who can go over my case and tell me if I have what it takes.

i filed twice without a lawyer and got approved it’s just have to be very patient and have all your documents on hand and available
