Should I submit form I-131 at the same time with other forms to be a permanent resident?
Should I submit form I-131 at the same time with other forms to be a permanent resident? As far as I know/stated on the USCIS website, form I-131 or a re-entry Permit for a lawful permanent resident to be admitted to the
United States upon returning from abroad during the permit’s validity. While right now I am not yet a lawful permanent rsdnt. Thanks.

Name change
Hi all! just a quick question! I married my hubby in march and we filed in may. I have got receipt but nothing else yet. I know it's a long wait so no problem there. My question is: How do I change my name? I have no legal documentation yet as waiting for EAD to apply for Driver's license. How do I inform USCIS to change name?
help please!

L1B expired + I94 about to expire + I485 processing
hello,
My L1B visa expired in Jan/21 and my i94/i129 will expire in January/22 we are now applying for a in-country extension but the processing times are above 6 months so my i94/i129 would be already expired - does anyone know if that would become an issue? we are also applying for my i485 this month I am not sure if because I would have the adjustment of status ongoing that would put me on the safe side
help someone tell me if anyone knows about this.
Hi so I am due for my citizenship and I called a lawyer to consult and the lawyer said that I am already a US citizen because I was born after 2000 and I got a green card when I was a minor and my mom got a citizen ship while I was a minor as well so there is this law and a rule that applies to me it’s called and N600 in my case I don’t need to give an interview or anything they just mail me the naturalization certificate I have never heard about this law or know anyone Who got citizenship so easily. I guess I’m one lucky lady. I also applied from my husband‘s adjustment of status so I guess I should hold my husband‘s case since I will be a citizen soon also the lawyer was saying that I want to get the naturalization certificate mailed to my house within six months or so I was like wow so if anyone knows about this please let me know I would love to know about this process thank you!!!
Filing Green card for spouse
My wife is a US citizen and is applying for my Green card. I am already in the US on a student visa currently have an EAD card after graduating.
Is it a good idea to file I-130, 131 A, I-485, I-864 and my doing my medical exam and filing it all together. is it a good idea? has someone done it this way before? if so was the process fast? or any better way to do it such as filing I-130 first and then waiting on the receipt for approval and then filing the other forms?
Any help and recommendations would be appreciated!
