Extend my stay
Hi, I came to US for 1 month, but due complications of my mom, she got bladder cancer and is taking treatments in a clinic, I am the only one that can take care of her, I’m her caregiver… I had to request an extend of stay to UCSIS, my last day is January 8 2022, but they gave me an appointment for fingerprints and identification for January 14 2022, within that range of days, will I be illegal here?… and also the time they will take to approve my stay, will I be illegal?… I don’t want to be any day illegal here, I have 20 years traveling to US with tourist visa and never had an issue, this is the first time I have to overstay due my Mom with bladder cancer!…

renewal i765 & i131
I need to renew Form I 765 and I-131. I have pending AOS application. I found out that i765 needs to be sent to the Texas office, and i131 to Chicago, if the receipt number starts with MSC. But my i485 form was transferred to the Texas office and I got confused where to send i131.
Could anyone help me?

Hi guys, Am due for naturalization. I’m about to put in the application but i and my spouse leave separately due to the distance of our job. I am really worried if our my lease will be a problem. He isn’t on my lease because of a past felony. Can I go ahead and start the application without submitting a lease document?? I’d appreciate every comment.
