interfile eb2 for eb3 application
hi all, starting this thread to share experiences about interfile process , I downgraded my application from eb2 to eb3 in October last year since eb3 was current in terms of my PD, now my PD is current with eb2 so I have interfiled with USCiS , I wanted to know if there are any successful cases or experiences in the community here ? kindly share your experiences , thanks in advance

some people are suggesting filing new eb2 485/AOS.. LIN is very slow

interfiled via the company law firm. as part of interfile my law firm also submitted I-485j and I got receipt for I-485j. but not sure it means they accepted my interfile or not.

we got ead finally but no update on GC have filed with 485 j recently

I also sent 485j to CA address recently but still waiting for receipt. Did you get any confirmation on receipt?

I got receipt for my I-485j in December 2021 , but no update after that

please answer my question, I
have Ead under eb3 category (downgraded) and waiting for for my 140 approval which is almost 15months and there is no news on that. my question is can i go back to eb2 where i have an approved i140.
Also will i be able to use my ead ? or should i have to file for new ead and wait long((. my date of filing is current nowEb2))

if your final action date is current in eb2 then you should inerfile to eb2( USCIS also indicated in recent memo).
