Applying for Family which form to be used ???
My gren is just approved.Now i want to apply for my family.Can I know the best FORM to be used?

@ Victory 🤣... you are something else. Gur Singh, Victory isn't wrong, you should, but the form you can start with is an I-130. I'm assuming you meant your greend card was approved.

Gur, go to USCIS.gov and type applying for Mom or sibling and it should tell you the form and documents that need to be attached with it. Kay is right in most cases you have to do I-130 first.

@Gur. I-824 depends on how you received your LPR status.. Did you get your green card though - Family Based, Employment based, Diversity Visa Lottery, K/V visa?

Okay great!. Then you are qualified to use I-824. That's the better way to start. The traditional way is to file I-130 for all family members you want to have visas. But USCIS applied/designed this form for only LPRs to have their family here under certain eligibility. Also, remember if children are involved, they must be unmarried and under the age of 21 to be eligible.
