my lawyer informed me yesterday he received a confirmation my green card was filing with Imigration court the judge has received now I’m waiting

Good luck!! how long did it take for your I-130 interview at Uscis? I have been waiting for almost 1 year now and my court hearing master hearing is next year also.

@AC it’s your first master calendar hearing or you already assisted your master calendar me it’s my second master calendar hearing again in 2019 I’m already assisting my first master calendar hearing

@Baltimore this is my firs master calendar hearing but it got push from Nov 2020 to Dec 2022. so I haven’t been infront of the judge yet. I am hoping that I get my I-130 interview soon so that I will be able to file motion to terminate or my hearing will be pushed again 😞
