AOS Interfiling medicals I-693

Hi family! Anyone here with experience interfiling medicals also known as I-683 before USCIS RFE? I have submitted my package I-485, I-765 and I-131 on Oct 30,2020 Employment Based EB3 Unskilled Worker, so far I have done biometrics on March and recently got my combo card approved. I know there is the possibility to send medicals even before RFE from USCIS, it is called interfiling, but according to my research, it is not 100% guarantee that USCIS will accept it. Anyone with past experiences?

Hello: My Priority date is December 5/2019 and I am a green card holder , California service centere . my husband’s case is being actively reviewed by USCIS and it has been 35 days does anybody know when the case will be approved. thank you.

biometrics done on March 15, i140 not approved

my biometrics was done on March 15 and I haven’t received any documents and I applied for i140 premium and it was returned saying that the eta 9089 original document was available at Nebraska center. does anyone had the same issue?

hi everyone, am in removal proceedings my attorney file motion to terminate removal proceedings with immigration court about 3 weeks ago still have nothing my question is that any one have experience how it works and how to figure out dhs attorney ? and is this must to send a copy to dhs attorney??? because as i know my attorney only send documents to immigration court please?

Can’t edit address online during adjudicating process?? For those that filed online. When you go to MyUscis to check your case, what happens when you try to change your mailing address in the profile section? I tried doing it out of curiosity and it gave me a message saying “You cannot edit your mailing address or physical address during this part of the adjudication process.” Does anyone else also see that message pop up?
