Expedite EAD
I got in a call with a USCIS agent in order to expedite my EAD, the agent told me before filing my case that if my petition is denied it will further delay my EAD. Is this true? It doesn't make a lot of sense that if you want to expedite your request it may get delayed. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Interview this week.
hello Everyone.
I have my green card interview this week and I have a few questions:
Marriage based; Spouse is a UC
1) My spouse does not have his birth certificate, can he instead use his passport to show his USC
2) do I have to take the forms I submitted (485,765,130) as I sent it or do I have to fill out new ones and fill out new info as they changed? or just re- print out the ones I sent initially?
3) my Spouse has two kids (19,17) they are not mine, do I need to still show their birth certificates and show custody papers? ( he does not have custody as the kids are big and they see each other whenever) but he does pay child support for the 17 year old.
your help would be greatly appreciated
Case (I-130) transferred from Nebraska SC to Vermont
Hi everyone,
After about two months and half, my case was transferred from Nebraska service center to Vermont, I am very concerned as the processing time of Vermont service center is much longer than Nebraska, any one is experiencing this or had experienced this before? If yes, can you please advise how long did you have to wait for the approval after your case was moved to Vermont?
Any response is greatly appreciated.

I got updates the same day I did my bio, from recieved to actively reviewing. Today I got this message from USCIS and I signed in and nothing had changed. Did you guys get something similar? Does it mean anything?

Has anybody applied for CR1 after covid?How long does it take, esp in Pakistan or similar countries?
married to a US citizen. I’m debating if I should apply for CR1 from my home country or should stay in the US and apply for green card? what was your experience applying from the US & from outside of the US? Any help is greatly appreciated.
