My Priority date is December 5/2019 and I am a green card holder , California service centere .
my husband’s case is being actively reviewed by USCIS and it has been 35 days
does anybody know when the case will be approved.

I believe normally 130 gets approved after AOS interview

I saw some approved cases from 2020 but mine from 2019 and still in pending

for vermont? mine got changed to actively reviewing 15 days back thats the only recent update i have. Also i just got a message from lawfully that ‘your case is ready for trial’ idk what that means
