Yes, you can Expedite with a family based AOS. And some states do allow people with no SSN and pending AOS to get a drivers license. I was the same as you chick... I had a good job and lovely life in england and then moved her to live with hubby. you know what? I just decided to try everything, bank account opening not yet successful, drivers license not happening, but got into college!! I am having fun now trying things, what's the worse they can say but no? you'll be ok.
