Vawa Question Please don’t judge. For some reason I submitted a edited document to USCIS and now USCIS has found it and sent RFE to ask why I edited the document. How can I get this fixed.

Didn't Got receiving letter for 131 and 485
Hi family i applied for I 360, 485, 131 and 765 Concurrently on July 3rd, this year. I got 2 letters from Uscis that they received Application for EAD and 360. But they Didn't sent me Receiving letter for 131 or 485. Is it normal or They will send me separately later. #vawa #i485 #i360 #i765
Didn’t receive i360 RFE from mail (as a Widow)
hello guys,
On 6/19 I received an update saying that USCIS sent a request for initial evidence for my Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant. Since my attorney filed the case for me, therefore it was supposed to send to his office, and I don’t have access to online account to see the online document. however until now 7/10 we still haven’t received the RFE.
my attorney asked me to file a e-request online, and which I did. but I’m worried that I won’t be able to receive the document winthin the valid date of RFE, especially I didn’t file it by myself.
*** I only have the case number which I have already added to my UScis account, but I don’t have the online access code.
-What if USCIS reject my e-request?
-Does any one of you encountered this issue before?
-Or is there anyone to see the document online?
-Do you know what the initial evidence USCIS might ask for?

Widow of USC
My USC Wife applied for me i-130 before her death. it was pending when she passed away(last year ), i sent USCIS Service office the death certificate + i130 reciept. This year i got (i130) approval, it was supposed to be converted to i-360 but i never got any notice or paper that states my i130 is converted to i360. Now my question can i apply for widower green card using the approved i130 and file i864W (Exemption of support ) as i am a USC widower ? #i130 #i864W #i360

God is great. I wanna share with you guys that today I received this update that a new card is being produced. My lawyer called me and said it is a sign that my VAWA is finally aproved after expedite
I am so thankful for all your prayers, all the positive words. I hope my story helps other people. Check ir you guys don't have a chance to expedite your cases based on any of their accepted reasons. 360 as a Widow. case transferred to another office
“On May 9, 2024, we transferred your Form 1-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. “
I submitted my application in March 2023. why did USCIS transferred my case? I thought I-360 as a widow only be handled in Vermont office. Does it mean that I will restart the entire waiting process? Has any of you encountered this situation before? what’s the next move?

EXPEDITE REQUEST APROVED NOW WHAT???
GOOD MORNING, BLESSED FOLKS. TODAY, AFTER LESS THAN 7 DAYS MY NEW LAWYER SENT MY EXPEDITE VAWA CASE REQUEST, I RECEIVED THE NOTIFICATION THAT MY EXPEDITE WAS APROVED. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HIV+ A FEW MONTHS AFTER MY ABUSIVE HUSBAND LEFT ME, AND I ONLY FOUNT IT OUT AFTER MY VAWA WAS SENT. I'VE BEEN IN EXTREME CONDITION AFTER I WAS DIAGNOSED, AND MY MENTAL HEALTH SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED AFTER THAT. BASED ON THIS, AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS OF MY DIAGNOSIS I DECIDED TO SCREAM FOR HELP AND REQUESTED THE CASE EXPEDITING BASED ON THIS HUMANITARIAN REASON. I SENT MY PERSONAL AFFIDAVIT, LETTERS FROM MY PHYSICIAN AND NURSE PRACTITIONER, LETTER FROM MY 2 PSYCHOLOGISTS WHICH HAVE BEEN HELPING ME, AND PROOFS OF MY HIV DIAGNOSIS AND MEDICINES I TAKE FOR THAT. GOD IS GREAT! THEY FOUND IT ACCEPTABLE AND APROVED MY EXPEDITING. NOW...
