I-360 Estimated Decision Date??
Hi y'all,
I submitted my I-360 form on Oct 27, 2020. USCIS has received it on 29th and only sent back the receipt today...
Given the extraordinary slowness with processing cases, anyone here with knowledge on I-360 can share:
1) how long will it take for the decision typically to be made on the case?
2) do you get an update on your case status (e.g. "received" to "approved" or "denied") on USCIS website?

it’s been 10 months since I submitted mine and so far I only got my prima facie determination and another papers that enables me to apply for certain government benefits... they took a month after submitting the papers to send all that back since then I’ve been waiting no word yet.

👋🏻 Mine was approved in April 2020, I didn’t send anything else (lawyer told me it was not needed). But, what else should I wait?

@kokuu I’m Juvenile Status, the last I received was the approval notice April 2020,( i apply in October 2019)

Kokuu, I have my ead... my mom and i are applying for I-130, shoul we send a I-485 as well?

finally got my biometrics appointment I am so happy I still haven’t gotten an approval for my i360... I only filed my i360 and my i765 together.
