how long it will take ?? please help ..its so frustrating !!!!😟😟😕
its been a long time for my #vawa case, my #lawyer has no answer how long it will take i already sent #RFE , i applied for third time for #EAD and its been 3.1 year till i file my #i360 and total almost 4 year..please help

how i know the uscis gonna start to work on your VAWA(i-360) case after you submitting all of your documents. So you responded to RFE on march 10 2021, you have to add 16-22 month on top of that date, to get estimated time to get a decision on your i-360.

@krish90 krish, Va allaykum salam brother, it depends when did you file i360, especially fillers from 2018- beginning 2019 got their RFE from uscis so late, more than one year, i dont know why. first you have to file i360, then you get rfe from uscis, then you have to respond them, and after all of it your case gonna somehow move. Look at @SR timeline he filed on apr 29 2019, then he got rfe letter on dec 08 2020, and respond after 4 month on 2021, thats why it took so long to him. On my case, I recently filed on feb 2 2022, and i got rfe letter on march after one month, and i responded(included) all of the documents they needed right away.
