It simply means that the case manager requested additional information from your employer, USCIS received evidence in response to the query, and the case manager is currently reviewing the new information so no EAD yet until the case manager is good to go

it all depends on what you gave uscis and they’re just checking it all out. 360 gives light to all the forms most times

@russel My vawa(360) was approved last Jan and I got that response once but I had requested change of address. they never got back to me tho. I think you should go ahead and file your 485&765 or you will be waiting for ages. trust me

hi russel you should look up fee waiver forms if you can’t pay the $1225 fee to file the 485&765 but it will be up to them to accept or not. I’d say just pay it if you have it. also go to YouTube and look up Brad the immigration lawyer he talks about VAWA a lot

If you were married to a US citizen, you can apply for all of the forms at the same time.

I received my EAD (no bio yet) after 8 months.

I have similar case as well. correspondence received means they requested for your i485 from your.local office and they received it so that's why they updated your status.

I got 1 for a year and 2 more after that for 4 or 5 months each if I’m not mistaken I know I’ve gotten 3 tho

if you didn't apply for i765 then don't expect them to throw it at you,,Normally when put in your i360,i485,i765,i131...all these together...

first 1 is for a year then you get 3 months then maybe 6 on your third it all depends on them

so yours started showing correspondence was received as soon as you filed your i360. we for me I have filed since December 2019 and my status stated showing correspondence was received since February 2021.

hello everyone ....sometimes when you get the notice which says correspondence was received could be when you change your address with uscis or the form in question is being transfered from one office to the other for expedition purposes. so relax folks.....I don't think it's a big deal. I got similar notice aswell some few months back prior my i360 approval on November 2021

I have the same thing in my case. My attorney sent to them my EAD renew, not sure what that means. Is it because they received my EAD renewal or the letter my attorney sent to expedite my case or should be what Victory Victory just mentioned above and I am closer to approval? I filed for VAWA in Oct of 2020. I’ve received 2 prima facies so far and one EAD.

No, Victory. I actually have 2 jobs: PRN and full time and I am a full time nursing student. I used my 180 days extension valid until October.

Krish, thanks for the explanation. I appreciate you taking your time to help us and answer our questions. I found out about that when I renewed my DL and the lady told me about the a year extension. I went to the DMV hoping I would get 180 days extension for my license but I got another year from the date I renewed my DL. I applied to renew my EAD in January within 4 months before the expiration date. You just helped me clarity it because I did not know it was also valid for work. Hopefully I will get my EAD by October or I will use the one year extension you are talking about. I am okay with the waiting if they give my prima facie on time and my EAD. I need my financial aid and my DL to drive me around. Hopefully our cases will be approved soon.

I will definitely do that. I just got a new PRN job at the hospital and it is really important to me since I have to pay my bills and it will also be a good experience for me. I have two jobs. I applied for VAWA March 2020 and got my i360 approved June of this year. A few days ago, I got the i693 deficiency notice and then today it says correspondence received for my i360 and they are reviewing it. My lawyer didn't send them anything so I have no idea what that means. Anyone knows what this is.
