Marriage Based Green Card Interview Scheduled - Still No EAD.
10 months of waiting for my EAD. Now my Interview has been scheduled for next month. 🙄 This whole “process” is a mess. I see many people are in the same situation with regards the EAD not being issued. I am hoping when I have the interview the Green Card will be issued ASAP. Still, I have submitted an expedite request for my I-765.
Anyone care to share their thoughts or experience on this?

i-765 expedite before I-485 ready to be scheduled for an interview (marriage based AOS)
Hey everyone,
I recently expedited my i-765 after completing biometrics. However, my I-485 never changed to “ready to be scheduled for an interview”. I’ve noticed this usually occurs first before you are approved for your EAD whether you are expediting or through regular processing. It seems my I-485 may be stuck at “fingerprints have been applied”. I’m curious if there are people out ther whom had their i-765 EADs before i-485 was ready to be scheduled?

Can my wife and son work with their AoS EADs BEFORE their I-539s get adjudicated?
My H1B and my wife and son's H4 statuses have expired last April 2020. Then we filed O-1A for me and O-3 for my wife and son. My O-1A visa/status was approved in June 2020. I-539 petitions for the O-3 status of my wife and son have been pending for one year. Meanwhile, our I-485 petitions have been filed in October 2020. Last month, my wife and son received their EADs (under C09) due to their pending I-485s. Can my wife and son work with their AoS EADs BEFORE their I-539s get adjudicated? If my wife and son now start working with their AoS EADs BEFORE their I-539s get adjudicated, will their I-539 get jeopardized? If the answer is yes, will they be considered out-of-status from May 2020 to September/October 2020? #EAD #I-765 #I-539 #O-3
I-797C didn't arrive and my brother might lose his job
As a we are in a family case of asylum petition, everyone include my brother fill the I-765 renewal at the same time back in November 2020.
USCIS received all the forms on November 20 trough a notification with a receipt number, and sometime in February everyone except my brother received the receipt notice which is the I-797C.
He has called numerous times but there's a bot that does not help at all. Also he emailed USCIS but there's no response to this day.
It's been 4 months now and he hasn't had any notification regarding that and in order to continue working, his employer needs at least his I-797C.
Any tip on how we can proceed to avoid being fired would be greatly appreciated! #I-797C #I-765

I applied for an employment authorization (based on a pending adjustment of status) back in augest my local application support centre is in Nashville … it’s been 8 months now and I don’t even have a biometrics appointment.. anyone else waiting for a biometrics appointment in Nashville?
