Is it risky to leave the US while i-140 rfe response is getting checked?
so I submitted the response to rfe on Jan 14 2022 and it’s going to take like from 3 weeks to 6 months.
the question is : when I get my ead and travel permit, how risky is it to leave the US while the uscis is checking my response to rfe?
so my attorney says if i get denial, they might not allow me enter the US.

Hi guys.
Does anyone have a similar case at the moment?
I applied for a EAD renewal based on a Pending asylum C08 category on May 21st 2021. On the official USCIS site it says, processing time between 4 weeks and 8 months. I'm waiting already the 9th month and still no any news. I sent 2 weeks ago a service request but no answers so far. Anyone in a similar situation here? Did anyone get approved from TX service center? This is beyond frustrating.

Hi folks,
I have a pending asylum case. my EAD has expired last September and the auto extension is going to expire in March 2022.
My I-765 is still not being processed by Nebraska center.
Do you guys think I will get the renewal EAD card before March? I am not allowed to expedite at this point it seems.
what I can do if I don’t get it before the expiration date?

I Applied for adjustment after coming to the US on a K1 fiance visa.

I-765 renewal in Potomac still pending from March 18th
The renewal documents for the #i-765 were received by USCIS on the 18th and here I am 8 months later still waiting for this lazy people to give me the renewal 😭😭. It used to be so fast in the past but well it is what it is. I wish people would just stop saying "oh don't blame it on the workers they're doing their jobs" but when it's one of us that don't do our respective jobs quick or right then we are hold accountable 😭😭. #ead #potomac

Finally, after not working for more than 11 months, my approval came through.
I can finally visit my family after 5 years.
I tried expediting two times but it didn’t do anything. But, keep tracking your application through other people approvals. You will have a rough approximation.
