Hi guys. Does anyone have a similar case at the moment? I applied for a EAD renewal based on a Pending asylum C08 category on May 21st 2021. On the official USCIS site it says, processing time between 4 weeks and 8 months. I'm waiting already the 9th month and still no any news. I sent 2 weeks ago a service request but no answers so far. Anyone in a similar situation here? Did anyone get approved from TX service center? This is beyond frustrating. #i-765

EAD extension based on pending I-589

Hi folks, I have a pending asylum case. my EAD has expired last September and the auto extension is going to expire in March 2022. My I-765 is still not being processed by Nebraska center. Do you guys think I will get the renewal EAD card before March? Waiting Time - I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

I Applied for adjustment after coming to the US on a K1 fiance visa. State: Maine Case Filed: October 2021 My biometrics appointment was on Dec 31st, 2021.
