Any EAD c9 June 2021 filers from Nebraska SC?
Tried contacting officer via phone, been told EADs are taking about a year despite in the website says 4 - 9.5 months (as of today). What’s the right expectation? #EAD #I-765 #Nebraska

agents just say anything over the phone to get us off.just go on the uscis website and check the processing time.and it depends the form type.

if you filed based on Employment based I-485 then pending time is 11.5 months to 13.5 months.

I had seen another post where June 2021 filers were approved under the c8 category.
