Anyone with similar experience?
Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my process status in case anyone in here has had a similar experience and has some recommendations on how to progress.
I have submitted my I-485, concurrently with my I-765 and I-131 in early December. Since I have entered the US on a K1 visa, I have not been able to work since November. Due to a pending job offer and mainly my inability to work, I have submitted an Expedite Request for my EAD in January for which I got a response saying to submit another one after Biometrics were completed.
After my Biometrics appointment, which only happened early March, I have submitted 3 Expedite Requests that have been unanswered (not even a call/email with request for evidence). The first one I submitted has been pending for over 75 days. I have contacted USCIS multiple times and they say that the requests are assigned to officers waiting for a decision. I have also spoken with a Tier 2 and Tier 3 (Tier 2 Supervisor) about my situation and the unanswered Expedite Requests and their response was that officers have a lot of requests right now and may never respond to them.
This has been an incredibly frustrating process as it has been 7 months without being able to work and 3 Expedite Request where I haven’t had the possibility to explain my situation. Does anyone have faced a similar situation? Should I continue submitting expedites? Or simply wait for them to respond to the current ones or update my application?
Thank you very much for everyone’s time!

Is there somebody got I-131(AP) and I-765(EAD) approved seperately? (Seattle area)
I got my EAD card about a week ago, and it says Not Valid for Reentry although I applied for both AP and EAD. It looks like USCIS started processing them seperately and I wanna have an idea on how long it’d take for AP.
it seems like the processing time for AP is prozen..
Can you share your timeline if anyone received AP seperately after EAD?

Documents were received by USCIS National Benefits Center in August 2021. Biometrics appointment was done on the 29th of Dec 2021. Since then no response on either i-765 or i-485. Haven’t received any work permit or any updates. Has anyone received anything or are there also people waiting on any updates?

After so much agony and requests and requests - they approved the case
This has been the most frustrating thing in my life… And I lived a pretty crazy life so far. no wonder I’m C08 here: Since october last year myself and my company contacted USCIS to support with expedited renewal, basically no answers. I was calling them everyday, going insane checking the processing times going backwards every month. it is inhumane this system and I feel for everyone who lost their jobs like me. I had to leave work on mid nov and been in a misery since then. started calling the congress everyday to ask for support, the office cis ombudsman, and they said they already requested.
I had to send eviction notice letter, negative bank account, due bills to pay and basically a reflection of the humiliating situation that I have been for some sort of action.
Although I’m relieved and happy in some ways, I’m so frustrated and wish everyone good luck in this hard time period, especially if you lost your job too. #potomac #c08 #i-765

Information regarding I-765 initial OPT
Today I called USCIS to enquire about my case and representative told me that tier 2 officer will
contact me within 30 days. Has anoyone had any experience with this call with Tier2 officer? How long should the generally take to give the call?
Any inputs would be helpful?

Hello. I have filed I-140, I-765 and I-485 concurrently at the Texas Service Center. They have received my cases on September 14th 2021. Done with Biometrics On October 29th 2021. After that On December 30th, 2021 "Case was updated to show Fingerprints were taken". After that nothing yet. Do any of you have any idea how long it might take for me to get the EAD or GC? Thank you in advance! #EAD #I-140 #I-485 #Concurrent filing #GC #I-765
Is it risky to leave the US while i-140 rfe response is getting checked?
so I submitted the response to rfe on Jan 14 2022 and it’s going to take like from 3 weeks to 6 months.
the question is : when I get my ead and travel permit, how risky is it to leave the US while the uscis is checking my response to rfe?
so my attorney says if i get denial, they might not allow me enter the US.
