@Regio Mora, yes, I expedited through my congresswoman and the senator a month ago. Iām not sure which went through. I asked to my congresswomen if she could follow-up on my case. She did it yesterday and today my EAD was approved!!!

congratulations Elizabeth! quick question, did you base your case on your own financial loss? if so what sort of documents did you turn in. I hope you donāt mind me asking. Iām trying to expedite a second time (since the first was denied) and I want to use my congresspersonā¦ I donāt have a company that can claim severe financial loss on my behalf. just trying to see the smartest way to do this.

@p o My boss wrote them a letter saying that he needed my expertise to move ongoing projects forward and that he couldnāt hire me because I did not have an EAD. I also included my expired health insurance and my last payroll check.
My status never changed to āexpedite receivedā, thatās why, yesterday I asked to my congresswoman if she could check my case and today the card has been produced š

@T S, I sent my I-485 to NBC. I have not received a notice saying that has been transferred to a FO. I assume, it is still at NBC.
