Anyone not receiving email after submitted expedited EAD
Hey,
I submitted an expedited request for my I-765 on 10/29/22 due to financial loss. We submitted I-130 in October and I-485 in July. Bio metrics were taken on 8/12/22.
They told me I should hear back in within 7 days but I am seeing some of your saying their status changed to expedite has been requested and my status hasn't changed.
Is anyone not getting a status change and getting it approved?
Did anyone get a response within 7 days?

Guys, based on your experience. how can i speed up the process of the I-765 based on pending asylum? I tried to expidite because of financial hardship but it got denied, without asking for any proof, what should i do?#i-765
I personally thinks that application that is based on pending asylum should be taking as a priority because I-765 based on marriage for instance, the applicant have the U.S citizen spause that can support him/her financially till getting the EAD and SSN but an applicant who is based on pending asylum have no person to support him financially, specially talking about single female, am i right? what do you guys thinks?
EAD Finally Approved!
3 expedite requests later, my EAD was finally approved! I received word from the congresspersons office which I filed the last expedite request through.
the first I did through my lawyer, the second I did by myself over the phone, and this last one via my congresspersons office. I give God all the glory!
I use my case as a point of contact to anyone still waiting for their approval, I declare speedy approval for you in Jesus’s name!
You’ve got this, remain hopeful, it will come. trust me I know how discouraging it can get when it feels like it’s been dragging for too long. but It will come!
Now we wait on I-485, etc.
