I-765
Guys, based on your experience. how can i speed up the process of the I-765 based on pending asylum? I tried to expidite because of financial hardship but it got denied, without asking for any proof, what should i do?#i-765
I personally thinks that application that is based on pending asylum should be taking as a priority because I-765 based on marriage for instance, the applicant have the U.S citizen spause that can support him/her financially till getting the EAD and SSN but an applicant who is based on pending asylum have no person to support him financially, specially talking about single female, am i right? what do you guys thinks?

hello Mina! did you receive an email when they denied it? i expedited my EAD on july 28 , then on August 2nd got an email saying under revview still nothin.
how do you know the expedited got denied???

If i have someone to support me financially I wouldn’t have any issue to wait for as long as it could be.

it is better to pay for all documents, I tried on my i-485 sent them a fee waiver (denied) I didn't apply for benefits after my status of asylee. Don't wanted to be dependent on government. Seems like USCIS need lot's of evidence and if your expenses above %150 or you're receiving benefits then you can get approved. On pending case usually good to pay with a money order.
