i submitted an expedite request for I-765 on 10/03/22. Got an email on 10/24 /22 . 3 weeks wait. unfortunately they denied mine without asking for evidence. waiting till next week to expedite again. I submitted an expedite request for my EAD on 10/18/2022 and I have also not gotten an email from them as yet nor has my case been updated to show that I made the request. Now, when I was on the phone making the request, they did say that they were backed up and I may not hear anything for a while. They asked me to not contact them unless I haven't heard back in a certain amount of time. I have to check my notes to see how long they said..

My case status changed into “Expedite Request Approved” once they accepted my request.

Hey @Alicia Galicia, I actually heard back from them very late Friday (10/28/2022) night. They denied my request to expedite. They didn't ask me for any evidence nor sent me the initial email stating that they got my request or anything. The only email/communication I got was that they denied it.. 😕 But awesome stuff @David Cha!! That's phenomenal! 🎊🎊🎊🎉🎉🎉

I applied for an expedite on August 15, got a mail on August 25th that I need to send evidence, sent it on August 29th. And then there was nothing... we called once and they told us just wait more. So on November 3rd we just requested an expedite again. Hopefully they'll just approve EAD this time without requesting any evidence...😅
