I-765 Standalone Approval Received in USCIS Account Documents Section, But Main Page Still Shows ETA for Case Decision as 2 months.
I visited my USCIS account and noticed an I-765 standalone approval under the documents section. However, on the main page, the I-765 progress still displays an estimated case decision timeline of about 2 Months. Anyone have same situation?

I don’t know why my lawyer didn’t file for I-131 with the I-765 so I just filed for it a month ago on Sept 1 2023 and today sept 27 received the Receipt.

Hey Community, just have some few questions
hoping to get some answers. My fiance now wife, recently traveled to the US. We are now married and about to file Form I-485.
1. What’s the timeline for I-485? I checked USCIS processing time and it said 16 months. is this timeline for everyone or it maybe shorter if petitioner was Citizen?
2. Whats the Timeline like for K-1 , filling for EAD / Form I-765? between approval and getting card.
3. Last. should we apply for Form I-131? is it worth it? seems like it takes a long time for a lot of people not sure if by the time it’s approved and given you maybe a few months from I-485 Card.

why are we getting an I-130 RFE over a year after submitting application and months after getting the EAD-travel combo card?

IR1 GC Concurrent Filing Submitted Aug 2022;
I485 RFE for medical received and responded Feb 2023.
EAD and travel card received May 2023.
Now just yesterday received RFE for I-130. Me and my USC spouse are very surprised and concerned. My progress tracker now suddenly says 9 months ETA processing time when it was showing ‘your case is taking longer than usual’ even 2 days ago!!!
Does anyone have a similar experience? If so what happened to you?

Timeline Request: Anyone here with recent EAD renewal based on category C8 from NSC?
just trying to get some timeline around what the actual processing times are nowadays for EAD renewal (mostly ones that were filed in 2023)
submitted my online renewal today.
last renewal was a pain, had to wait a really long time for approval.
looks like uscis processing timeline doesn't provide timeline based on service center anymore

i-765 progress question
Hi all, I have a question about my 1-765 progress update. My biometrics was completed June 29th and got an email from USCIS saying my application is now under review, on the USCIS official portal, it shows my fingerprints were taken as well. But on this Lawfully app my progress still hasn’t progressed to the biometrics completed checkpoint. Has anyone else experience this?

Finally Approved
Below is my timeline. The first RFE was to send in our taxes for the most recent year. The second was for the medical. We submitted the medical along with the other forms
(#I-485, #I-765, #I-130, #I-131). However, there were changes to the medical requirements and new forms for 2023. We followed the instructions in the notice and submitted to USCIS.
Once approved, “CARD WAS PRODUCED” on July 10, 2023 and delivered today, July 13, 2023.

i-765 Approved 😊/ Aprobada
On June 27th I got a letter from USCIS approving my work permit! And this morning just changed my status on the website to “Card was produced”. How long does it take to them to send it out?
I also applied on forms to get a SSN card. Will I get one as well? If so, will it come in the same envelope or is another department taking care of it?
I am really excited 🎉😊
We are still waiting on my Residency case but this new changes everything. I can finally find a job and help my husband pay bills 😊
I hope everyone else waiting on a response get the same update ASAP!

El día 27 de Julio recibi mi carta de aprobación por parte de USCIS y hoy por fin cambiaron mi estatus a “card was produced”. ¿Cuánto tarda USCIS en enviar la tarjeta de trabajo?
También apliqué en mis formas para conseguir Social Security Number. ¿Me enviarán ese documento también? ¿En el mismo correo u otro departamento se hace cargo de ello?
Estoy muy emocionada!
Seguimos esperando una actualización sobre mi residencia pero estas son noticias fantásticas! Por fin conseguir empleo después de tanto! Y poder ayudar a mi esposo con los gastos de la casa :)

EAD and Advance Parole renewal 2023
Filed renewal for form i-131 and i-765 based on pending 485. Got ead approval within 10 days and only receipt notice for advance parole. They are processing both separately after 2022.
