Finally Approved
Below is my timeline. The first RFE was to send in our taxes for the most recent year. The second was for the medical. We submitted the medical along with the other forms
(#I-485, #I-765, #I-130, #I-131). However, there were changes to the medical requirements and new forms for 2023. We followed the instructions in the notice and submitted to USCIS.
Once approved, “CARD WAS PRODUCED” on July 10, 2023 and delivered today, July 13, 2023.

Hey, I would like to know when i765 first approved, what happened? any cards or notices produced until i130 got approved.
each of your application has 6 days and 17 days apart. can you share what you noticed between these days

Hey @Vee V, thank you! With the I-765, it was actively being reviewed since last August. I kept calling them to inquire about it. Case was approved May 26, 2023 and card was delivered by June 7, 2023. June 13, 2023 the I-130 was approved. I knew that once the I-130 was approved, the likelihood of the I-485 being approved was 98%. I always followed up using Emma or calling. Once 30 days passed for every action, I called to inquire. I hope that helps.
Also, for my initial submission, I submitted enough evidence of trips, family pictures, shared accounts like (Prime, Netflix, phone bills which showed call logs, insurance).

i think I submitted enough evidences. just sent in the rfe for medical a month ago and still waiting. i noticed online that my i131 says it is closed but no status message change. Also nothing on other things.

@Kathy Levy I’m not sure what you mean by processing time. Can you explain? When we called USCIS, they told us that I could begin inquiring about the case in October 2022 because it was still within the processing time. That did not stop me from inquiring. We always mentioned that two income is better than one and maybe that helped. 🤷🏽♀️

I received and RFE for my i485 on May 26 that stated that they are ready to make a final decision on my case . I submitted those tax documents on June 21. USCIS received my RFE 9 days ago. I am still here waiting for that decision.

My service center is NBC… but my case has been transferred to the LA County FO.
