my I-485 is also pending fo 536 days. upon inquiring to USCIS multiple times I got a response saying i should receive a response within 120 days. i am waiting for that. hopefully what they said is correct.

and you can submit expedition request for I-765 and I-131.

@j l I sent 3 inquiries for I-131 and 4 inquiries for I-765. each time I waited 30 days but I didn’t receive any response.I don’t understand what is happening? I also expedite I-131 more than 2 weeks now, no response either. I just gave birth to my 4 months old son and under postpartum depression, I really need my family support. My husband is the only one who can work and he needed to work longer hours to be able to support us. He went to work right after one week I gave birth so I need to take care our son alone. without family support I felt so depressed.

@Namtarn S mine is back and forth between houston field office and NVC. I submitted 4 expedition request to get my I-765 approved. i can feel your situation. don’t give up. try calling them frequently requesting for expedition and infopass appointment if possible. i did that multiple times

@j l thank you so much. I will try more then. you gave me more hope. I really want to be in the good shape for my son but the situation was not help.

@F B yes I was working in my country at that time but Covid19 changed everything we could not see each other almost a year so that why we decided last minute to did AOS after I-130 was approved . They requested the affidavit of support because the time that we submitted my husband went back to France almost a year so his income alone is not enough and we need to use the assets additional to reach the minimum amount. How ever USCIS asked again my husband income and his income the next year was over the minimum. we responded RFE on March and my case changed to actively review on Aug 25th. Now still no move.

@FB it will not reset the date to that. It depends upon your luck too. Some time people get approved as soon as RFE is received and sometime it takes time. I hope it will be approved soon for all of us.
