We have had EB1C since 10/29/2020 with AP denied as we travelled but GC EAD approved. Pending on I140 and I485 with no update after fingerprints applied in 05/05/2021.

@ Mohammed Saiyaz Hussain How long did it take to get the GC EAD approved after fingerprints?

fingerprints occurred in May 2021 and GcC EAD approval in Jan 2022.

yes very concerning…when we submitted everything in at once at the beginning with all required documentation and medical. Raised various SR and called multiple times and got told to wait…still waiting. recently raised out of time on I140 and awaiting response..

@Mohammed We submitted everything at once too. A little worried... We did do I-140 in premium processing though. I hope you get yours soon really!!!
