EB-3: Concurrently Filed I-140, I-765, I 485
Hello. I have filed I-140, I-765 and I-485 concurrently at the Texas Service Center. They have received my cases on September 14th 2021. Done with Biometrics On October 29th 2021. After that On December 30th, 2021 "Case was updated to show Fingerprints were taken". After that nothing yet. Do any of you have any idea how long it might take for me to get the EAD or GC? Its gonna take time, My case is June 12, 2020 and still waiting from Texas Service Center.

@Carlos Toledo: did you submit concurrently? my case is from the same period (July 2020). I submitted concurrently, I-140 approved but not I-485. waiting now for the medicals RFE and hopefully it will come in the next 2-3 months

Texas center is very slow. They are focusing right now on cleaning the I-765 backlog. They are working on applications from Nov and Dec 2020. Since you are EB 3 you can go for premium processing for I-140 because the wait time is worse than EAD. Don't think about GC any time soon. We are June 2020 filers EB-1 and still waiting. 140 approved on December 2020 (no premium paid so that was super quick). RFE in July with us handing in in August 2021 (medicals). Cocurrent filing. Nothing since August. So I am afraid: it will be a while ;)
