My I-485/I- 765 case status changed to "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS". Also, I traveled to my home country and entered to US with my advance parole yesterday and I had no problem

Lia LiaSep 23, 2021

riss va which country??
Lia LiaSep 23, 2021
@van you shouldn't be scared even if they deny your expedite request, that does not impact the regular processing of the I-131.
Lia LiaSep 23, 2021
@sunny I traveled to Dominican Republic

Wondering the same about how you expedited the AP
Lia LiaSep 23, 2021
- Humanitarian reason. I wanted to visit my grandmother who has terminal cancer. - USCIS Miami Field Office
Lia LiaSep 23, 2021
@sp yes, it is marriage based, but it's always reviewed no matter if it's family or emploment based. You can't see it in other visa timelines because they don't add it to their timelines.
Lia LiaSep 23, 2021
And sometimes the review process takes only one or two days and people don't even notice that USCIS reviewed their case before being approval.
Orla MSep 23, 2021
I'm new here so just trying to understand how your case has been moving so fast???
Lia LiaSep 24, 2021
