Actively Reviewed
Hi all, I just got an update "Case is being actively reviewed" for I-765 and I-485". Also, I completed the biometrics today. However, my I-130 is still "Received" status. Is it normal? How long does it take to get any update? What's the next step? #f2a #activelyreviewed #I-485 #I-765

if I would like to apply for Green card individually and I have my work permit and SSN, which form shall I submit. thanks
C
Crystal LDec 22, 2021
@fawadulhaq saberi it depends on your green card application category based on family or employment. Is the work permit from visa?

Crystal LDec 22, 2021
@fawadulhaq saberi I saw your post and I am not familiar with your case. You should talk to lawyer.
Fawadulhaq SaberiDec 22, 2021
No, we came as parolees from Afghanistan and during our medical screening, they provided us work permit and SSN. that's the scenario.
Fawadulhaq SaberiDec 22, 2021
Could you please show me a reliable source from which I contact to a lawyer in this matter. thanks

@fawadulhaq saber I’m sorry to say that I don’t have that information. I guess you can ask someone else regarding a lawyer. I think your case is special, so it is important to hire a lawyer who has much experience with similar case with you to increase chance to get green card successfully.
