EAD for dependent kid
Filled I-485, EAD I-765 & I-131 on December 30, 2020! My wife & I have received both but 2 years old kid hasn’t got anything! Requested expedite twice, no response! According to processing time website, it’s on out side of processing time but website wouldn’t let me claim to file as outside of processing time! Anyone in similar situation?

R J : No updates thus far . My attorney asked me to submit request to the congressman’s office. let’s see how that goes .

my kid’s combo card came through about 3 weeks later. but no news on SSN though I had applied for that too along with the child’s EAD

Same here. EAD / AP approved in late September for myself and wife but no AP for 4 year old kid. On the other hand received medical RFE in early October for the three of us. Replied first week of Nov. March filer. NBC. RFE from San Juan, PR field office. Waiting for either AP for kid or GC so we can travel for the holidays. EB1-3.

my daughter’s SSN card finally arrived today in the mail.. a month after the EAD came. In the past couple of weeks I tried calling USCIS and the SSN office but got no useful response. So I guess the it’s pays to be patient and just wait it out

of course you can! I actually did applied when I file I-765 and received SSN already for my kid a week after EAD arrived
