In which of these countries can a lawyer request an emergency appointment? Can I work on form I-797 “reciept of notice “ if I am waiting for EAD card. My case was submitted sep 25 2020.I called USCIS and they say as long as employer accept form I-9 with form I-797 it is ok to work?

Unemployment benefits?

Hi, I just received my EAD and I was wondering if I’m eligible for unemployment while I look for a job? I worked for a year on OPT in June 2019 and nothing since then. Application is AOS, married to USC.

Moving affect interview waiver?

I filed I485 based on approved I140 EB2 NIW. I may want to move to another states but I have received and submitted medical which said “mail to us”. I guess it is a sign of interview waiver. If I can, I want to avoid interview because the processing time ahould be shorter without interview but should I wait the moving until got approved? Any thought?

marriage to USC based AOS case

my i485 is pending. I’m on F1 right now. I need to receive honorarium from this organization but they say it’s illegal for them to pay me bec I’m on student visa. does it change things legally with a pending green card or no way for them to pay me?what about after my 765 is approved?

Filing unemployment count as a pubic charge during COVID ?? 485 is on processing. please suggest is it good idea to file an unemployment?
