Working on campus through F1 visa, didn’t receive EAD yet

I am working on campus as an F1 student. I applied for I-485 and I-130 and waiting for EAD. Can I continue to work on campus or should I quit my job until I get the EAD?

H1B and EAD simultaneous Jobs

I am on h1 and hold a job… and I married to a citizen and got a EAD. I had another job on EAD but the EAD expired and no response from uscis. so wondering should I revoke H1? since I think if GC get denied I can continue h1 and go thru i140 route. let me know if this will be a problem??

Hello guys, I was working 2 jobs with two different employers, but unfortunately, I lose my 1st job, and my 2nd job still continue, so can I apply for my unemployment benefits, or I'm eligible for unemployment benefits.

Can I work on form I-797 “reciept of notice “ if I am waiting for EAD card. My case was submitted sep 25 2020.I called USCIS and they say as long as employer accept form I-9 with form I-797 it is ok to work?

Hi, I just received my EAD and I was wondering if I’m eligible for unemployment while I look for a job? I worked for a year on OPT in June 2019 and nothing since then. Application is AOS, married to USC.

Moving affect interview waiver?

I filed I485 based on approved I140 EB2 NIW. I may want to move to another states but I have received and submitted medical which said “mail to us”. I guess it is a sign of interview waiver. If I can, I want to avoid interview because the processing time ahould be shorter without interview but should I wait the moving until got approved? Any thought?

my i485 is pending. I’m on F1 right now. I need to receive honorarium from this organization but they say it’s illegal for them to pay me bec I’m on student visa. does it change things legally with a pending green card or no way for them to pay me?what about after my 765 is approved?

hi, community, Can I open a company while I am on my EAD marriage-based pending Aos c9? what would happen if my case gets approved while I have the company and what would happen if the aos gets rejected and must leave the country. what can I do with the company please help!
