When to start applying to jobs?
I’m currently working in NYC at my current employer on an L1-A. I’m ready leave and start a new career. Estimating when I will get my EAD I think I should start recruiting around September given the process could take months. Is that too early? Thanks!

NBC process October amd November now for 765

L1-A to Green Card here too. 🙋🏻♂️
Submitted I-765 back in October, 2020… still haven’t got it, even with an expedite.

My case is the same, but my visa is an L1B. We submitted Sept 30th 2020 and got the EAD approved last week.
